Last night I was again inspired by the famous line in Ratatouille
"Anyone can cook!". I cooked our main course for our Noche Buena and
used some spices (garlic, onions and rosemary) to add flavor to our
Christmas chicken. The result was the food below.
It looks yummy and it indeed captivated the hearts and the stomachs of my family last night. But apart from the food there were a lot of good memories and conversations shared in our family table. Merry Christmas everyone!
